“We chose Miracle Pools, Inc. for our pool builder because good friends of ours, [name omitted] had their pool built by Miracle Pools, Inc. and they highly recommended Miracle Pools, Inc. That was good enough for us.
Miracle Pools managed the construction of the pool as we were having our home built and worked very well with other contractors (i.e., general home contractor and landscaper) in the integration of the pool with the home and landscape. Miracle Pools did not rush the construction and took the required time necessary for the cement to set. Miracle Pools completed the construction within the scheduled time they said they would.
We are confident that we have a quality pool. Not only in construction materials and workmanship, but in the filtration system, also. The Haywood system used on our pool was sized appropriately; has performed extraordinarily well and is extremely quiet. The only thing we would do differently today would be to install a variable speed motor pump for its energy efficiency (not sure it was available when we built the pool).
[I would recommend Miracle Pools to others for] several reasons. Start with John McKay, the President of Miracle Pools, Inc. You’d have to meet John to really get an appreciation for our words, but John is the type of person that you immediately like when you first meet him. You get an appreciation that you and John share the same core values and principles that make for a good business-customer relationship. In addition, Miracle Pools is a local, family-owned, small business and with that comes a work ethic and business philosophy that realizes how quality product and service brings new business and sustains current customers. Miracle Pools is in the business for a “slow quarter” and not the “fast buck.” For example, some friends of ours had a leak in their pool that Miracle Pool fixed several years after the pool was constructed. Miracle Pools attention to this was quick and satisfactory. Such observable action reinforced our decision to have Miracle Pools construct our pool.”
